New Brunch Menu At La Société Montreal French Bistro

With the upcoming Spring season, La Société Montreal French Bistro located in Loews Hotel Vogue welcomes you with a new brunch menu elaborated by Parisian Chef Gilles Tolen who made his debut at well-known establishment Café de la Paix in 2009.

For those who are familiar with Montreal foodie scene, Chef Gilles Tolen created two menus at Decca77 as Executive Chef and was also involved in culinary events such as Le Chop, Cuisine du Quebec and MTLàTable.

The new brunch menu offers revisited classics such as Eggs Benedict, various types of Omelet, Mimosa cocktails and more. Moreover, the menu allows you to plunge into La Société spirit with fresh Oysters, Champagne, Tartars with croûtons and lunch plates.

I particularly appreciate the fact that the menu offers healthy and varied choices. Even as a vegetarian, you will easily find something that fit your need without having to ask for special treatment. With my sweet tooth, I chose the Belgian waffles (maple syrup comes in supplement), the Mount Royal granola bowl (proud Montrealer) and the Moulin Rouge cocktail ( Paris is always on my mind).
