Don’t Forget The Date
“DON’T FORGET THE DATE” awareness campaign is an initiative of 29 Février and Alzheimer Society of Canada to support research on Alzheimer’s disease. Recent studies presented during the 2016 American Chemical Society annual meeting revealed for the first time the beneficial effects of pure maple syrup on brain cells against the neural damage found in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
As a new player in the maple syrup industry, 29 Février believes that maple syrup has to be marketed to foodies with a modern and dynamic approach. To do so, 29 Février offers the four new appellations of maple syrup grade A: golden, amber, dark and very dark. Note that 5% of all Maple-In-A-Tree sales will be donated to the Alzheimer Society of Canada. Moreover, each 29 Février Maple-In-A-Tree has its Vitop Original® valve from Smurfit Kappa and don’t require to be refrigerated to keep its freshness.
Looking for a culinary experience? Featuring with well known Chef Anne Desjardins, recipes from appetizers to desserts have been elaborated to show you the versatility of maple syrup.
