Montreal’s very first salt rooms are now open at Elite Laser located at Westmount Square. Very well known in Europe, halotherapy consists in using the salt in order to create hypothetically favorable healing conditions.

This natural therapy makes it possible to recreate the microclimate of a salt cave in a specially designed rooms. Elite laser has also a kids room brimming with games, a salt box and comfy beanbags to make sure that kids stay occupied while experiencing halotherapy.

How it works? when entering in the salt room, just take a seat and start relaxing yourself. Then, you will inhale minute particles of salt which will open up the airways and break up mucus. This is how you will improve your breathing.
